What We Can Help With
Status Tracing
Many people with complicated family histories and backgrounds are unsure of their current nationality, status or citizenship in the UK or how that might impact their children.
Whether you think you may be a British Citizen, British Overseas Citizen (BOC), British National (Overseas) (BN(O)), or believe you are Stateless, we may be able to help you and your family.
If you would like us to check your Nationality or Citizenship or that of your children, please get in touch.
Citizenship Application Service
Applications for British Citizenship and for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) can be costly. It currently costs £2,885 to apply on the basis of long residence.
We are happy to look over applications and check documents that you've prepared for yourself or to go through the process from scratch to give you peace of mind that you're giving yourself the best chance of succeeding first time.
Assessing Eligibility For Citizenship or ILR
We understand that the Immigration Rules and Citizenship law can sometimes be difficult to navigate on your own.
If you are unsure about which application is the right one for you, we are happy to discuss the options you might have and to help you make the right choice of application for you, whether you go on to complete the application yourself or use our Citizenship Application Service.
We are happy to provide advice on anything related to settlement and citizenship. If you're not sure whether we can help, get in touch and we'll soon point you in the right direction.
Our Process
We want this process to be as open and transparent as possible so here is a guide to what you can expect
Step 1: Initial Enquiry
Get in touch by email, tell us what help you want and send us any documents you have that might assist us
Step 2: Case Review
A specialist barrister will review your case and, if they can help, you'll be advised of the relevant fee and asked to consider our Terms and Conditions so that you can decide if you're happy to continue
Step 3: Expert Advice
Whichever service you require, your case will be handled with care and you will be kept informed and provided with practical advice on how best to proceed
